Project Overview
The Co-Op Bank was lagging behind it's high-street competitors in its digital services. Its online account area in particular was hard to use and causing frustration for its customers.

This project was sprint based, working onsite in Manchester with product owners and the banks technology partners Cap Gemini.
Objectives
Create a fully responsive account experience for Co-Op bank customers to better manage their money.

The solution needed to not only provide parity with competitors, but leap frog the competition by offering new innovative tools such as saving goals.
